Pipes pipes pipes

Ok so Ive had the trench dug along the inside of my fence by the Council, their Digger sat in my garden for a while, thats been temporarily filled in, bit of drive that was taken out has formed breast indentation marks, just sinking a little.
Front yard still looks terrible. I know they are completely collapsed but there is still the big hole in one part of my garden that some workmen dug up to find the sump. They rang to say the bill so far was going to the Council (Pipes were found to be on the inside of my property instead of outside the fence line),and they were going to do up a quote for me to give to EQC if I could get money out of them. When I said I was still in the Orange zone he said he couldnt help me.
So here we sit with the big hole,a piece of trellis slighly covering it, pipes completely collapsed, but noone can help due to the zone issue. I cant get it fixed as we dont know what the zone decision will be. I could imagine the fight between the fractions, no you have to pay for it, no you do...........blah blah............

To the right is how the pipes looked for the first day, but as per the pic above they were damaged more when the Workmen attempted to get to the sump. Although I do realiser they would have been fragile as anything and busted underneath.

This is my kitchen pipe today, not sure how long we are meant to stay like this for, whatever goes down there is going somewhere but where?
